What do you do for a living? How do you make money?
The answer isn’t as complicated as you might think because in my head, I rephrase it as: how can I help you or your organization win?
In my pursuit to simplify my offerings, let’s look at the top 5 ways I bring value to organizations. I can almost guarantee that as you read this, you’ll say to yourself, “mamma mia, we can certainly use Steven’s help here.”
Brands with marketing teams: I bring lightning in a bottle.
I bring collaborative energy and new perspectives that inspire fresh ideas and effective execution. This could be project work in helping to align the team around best practices or speaking during a weekly town hall meeting. Just ask someone who's worked with me and they’ll tell you how powerful this can be.
Agencies: I’m a secret weapon.
Having owned a small creative agency as well as being a senior-level employee with some of the largest and fasting growing agencies in N. America means agencies have tapped into my thinking and fresh ideas without feeling like competition. I wish I could tell you all my war stories, but for most, I offer a cone of silence. Organizations: 3rd Party Facilitation for massive results.
Executive teams often require outside perspectives to make culture, business, and marketing decisions. Over the last 2 decades, I've facilitated engaging workshops with global companies, non-profits, and groups of small businesses. I can travel to facilitate in person and I can run Zoom laps around most facilitators as I have a mature process to assist remotely.
Small Businesses: Consulting and "Fractional CMO/CBO" services.
Small businesses often can't afford a CMO or CBO (Chief Brand Officer). And frankly, they often don't need "an agency." They do need their own marketing processes, strategies, and tactics that fit THEIR organization. Doing it right the first time saves time and money.
Coaching and mentoring.
Over the last two decades, I've worked with and mentored hundreds of marketers, entrepreneurs, and executives across 3 continents (USA, EU, and The Middle East). I'm always proud to see those professionals grow in their careers. I've been asked about coaching in the past and I’m proud to be offering this as a paid service.
